It's a little pitfall for when we get too carried away with immunohistochemistry when we knew the answer on H&E. This is a gastric leiomyoma near the esophageal junction. Those little Cajal cells are just growing along with the lesion bothering no one except those who love immunohistochemical stains a tad too much!
