Beautiful Spikey Seborrheic Keratosis

Jerad Gardner, MD

Seborrheic keratosis sometimes has a papillomatous, warty architecture resembling a verruca. The basket weave stratum corneum is so delicate and crisp in this case!

This case was provided by Dr. Jerad Gardner, a Dermatopathologist, Bone and Soft Tissue Pathologist, and Section Head of the Soft Tissue and Bone Pathology at the Geisinger Medical Center. He is also the author of the Survival Guide to Dermatopathology published by Innovative Science Press. Order your copy at:
