What's the grade of this prostate carcinoma?


The image shows adenocarcinoma with Paneth cell-like differentiation. Note tumor cells with bright and eosinophilic cytoplasm. Nuclei are small and nucleoli not always visible. While the tumor is composed of primarily poorly formed glands, a grade should not be assigned because the majority of the patients with this type of cancer have a favorable outcome (similar to patients diagnosed with carcinoma grade group 1).
