History: This is a gastric biopsy. What is your diagnosis?


Diagnosis: This is a gastric mucosal-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma.


Comment: Classic lympho-epithelial lesions are shown and highlighted by a keratin stain. It is not necessary to add this stain, but this example is quite attractive. A classic reference is cited.
