Gastric adenoma, gastric foveolar type. Am I sure it is not just low-grade foveolar pattern dysplasia sitting on a fundic gland polyp? No. Either way, it won't progress and requires no special follow-up in the sporadic setting (as opposed to in familial adenomatous polyposis).
